DTC large inclination upward belt conveyor

    The large inclination upward belt conveyor is the one that uses ordinary plain faced conveying belt to convey bulk materials at large inclination, with the maximum inclination angle up to +28° and maximum belt speed of 3.15m/s. The application of this series conveyor can reduce the cost of equipment itself, moreover, when it is used to convey materials in mines, it can greatly decrease the mining capacity on gate road, thus saving a large amount of capital construction investment and accelerating the project progress for gate road exploitation, when it is used to convey materials on ground surface, it can reduce floor area and save capital construction investment. Many components and parts of this series conveyor are interchangeable with those of conventional belt conveyor, thus decreasing the varieties and quantities of spare parts provided by the user. 
    This belt conveyor designed and manufactured by our company adopts the structure of deep trough angle idler with reliable performance, in which the bigger structural members all adopt removable construction. It has multiple drive modes, both multi-motor centralized drive and sectional multipoint drive are acceptable, and it can realize various functions such as low-speed start (soft start), power equalization and automatic regulation of conveyor belt tension, etc. This series belt conveyor can meet the safety requirements for special applications like coal mines, etc., it has complete protective facilities and can meet the requirements for explosion protection in coal mines. Meanwhile, the rubber belt conveyor is especially equipped with rigorous monitoring and sensor systems and reliable safety devices, which can prevent the occurrence of serious accidents such as runaway, marvering, etc.
